Book appointment

Tell us who the patient is, which department you need and when suits you. The request goes straight to reception, who confirm the slot.

1 · Which department?
2 · Patient details
3 · When suits you? (leave the date blank for the earliest available)

OPD: Mon–Sat 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Sunday emergencies only.

Call instead

Your details are sent only as a WhatsApp message to the hospital — nothing is stored on this website. An appointment is confirmed by reception, not by submitting this form. For an emergency, please call.

Before you come in

Bring previous records

Prescriptions, discharge summaries and — for a surgical opinion — the actual scan films or CD, not just the report. For eye patients, your current spectacles and last prescription.

Arrive ten minutes early

Enough time for registration without eating into your consultation. If you are running late, call — the slot can usually be shifted rather than lost.

Book both departments together

Mention it in the form and reception will sequence the two slots back to back, so one trip covers the whole family.

Dilating drops need a driver

A full eye examination usually involves dilation, which blurs vision for four to six hours. Arrange for someone else to drive you home.

Questions

The questions we are asked most often. If yours is not here, WhatsApp is the fastest way to get an answer.

Still not sure?

Describe the problem in a message and we will tell you whether it needs an appointment — and with which department.

Walk-in patients are seen during OPD hours, but booking ahead means a fixed slot and a much shorter wait. You can book online, send a WhatsApp message, or call the hospital directly. Emergencies are seen without an appointment.
